Eddie Smith is the proud owner of Firehouse Barndominiums, bringing decades of dedication, craftsmanship, and service to every project. A retired professional firefighter and paramedic, Eddie spent 26 years serving with the Irving and Longview Fire Departments. His commitment to excellence and community safety has shaped the way he approaches construction: with integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.

Beyond his firefighting career, Eddie has been immersed in the construction industry since the early 1990s. With extensive experience in decks, fencing, home building, and now barndominiums, he has built a reputation for delivering structures that combine durability, beauty, and functionality. Since 2019, he has specialized in designing and building custom barndominiums that fit the lifestyle and vision of each client.

When he’s not on the job site, Eddie enjoys time with his wife, Lori (married since 2005), and their teenage daughter.
